 When Swanda and her dog Waldo move from the countryside to Brooklyn, Swanda misses the wildlife she left behind . . . but not for long. She discovers pigeons and decides to give them a bird feeder all their own. But more and more pigeons come until the situation really gets out of hand. Swanda asks various people for help – the Pest Control Officer, the Zookeeper, and an Exotic Bird Fancier from Peru. They cannot help.
