Marsh Award for Children’s Literature in Translation

MarshLogoThe Marsh Award for Children’s Literature in Translation is a biennial award, given since 1996, that celebrates the best translation of a children’s book from a foreign language into English, published in the United Kingdom.  The English Speaking Union administers the award.  A prize of 2000 pounds sterling goes to the translator.
